Nikolay, an Honoured Geologist of the Russian Federation, has discovered a number of gold and silver deposits at the North-East of Russia.

In 1973, graduated from Irkutsk State University as a geologic engineer.

Between 1973 and 1994, his career spanned from geologist, party chief and chief geologist through to deputy general director of the geological survey expedition in the Magadan region of Russia.

He has been in the mining business since 1994 and is currently one of the managers of mining companies in the North-East of Russia.

He was directly involved in managing of geological exploration, inclusion of commercial minerals deposits on the State balance sheet of Mineral Reserves, engineering investigations, project planning, construction and subsequent operation of the following mines: Julietta in the Magadan region (1995 – 2008), Kupol and Dvoinoye in Chukotka (2003 – present).
