Additional Options
- Gala dinner at the “SILK” Banqueting Hall (10 October). Cost: 200 USD. Fee Includes unreserved seat at a dinner table; entertainment program during the dinner. (Gala dinner is sold out)
- Advertisement in the Forum catalogue (A4, full colour). Cost: 300 USD.
- A4 inserts in the delegate bag. Cost: 800 USD.
- Banner presentation. Cost: 300 USD. option includes place for one banner (maximum width up to 1.3 m and height up to 2.5 m) in the exhibition area from 7 am on 9 October and end at 6 pm on 10 October 2019. The hire excludes admission to the Forum and banner production.
All advertisements and inserts must be submitted before 17 September 2019 in accordance with the technical specifications.
Terms
- Delegates who wish to present at MineInvest or MineDigital competitions or Business podium (Expo hall 2) or at the Forum (non-commercial case studies only) must complete speaker registration form before 1 September 2019.
- Delegates wishing to attend the Forum without presentation must register before 7 October 2019.
- All fees can be paid by Bank Transfer or by debit or credit card (via PayPal or Stripe).
- The Forum organisers reserve the right to refuse entry to delegates or exhibitors who have failed to pay full fee prior to the start of the Forum.
- Cancellations submitted in writing to admin@minexforum.com before 25 September 2019 will be subject to 10% administration fee. No refunds will be made after 25 September 2019. Substitutions are accepted at any time, provided new delegate has Russian visa. At the discretion of the Forum organisers a credit note can be issued in case of cancellation received after 25 September 2019.
