In 1975 Alexander Fedotov has graduated from The D. Mendeleev University of Chemical Technology of Russia with technical engineer degree.

From 1980 to 1992 Alexander was a leading process engineer at the Leninabad Mining and Chemical Combine for production of uranium by the method of borehole underground leaching.

Since 2000 he has been worked as a leading industrial engineer at Polymetal LLC.

From 2001 to 2002 Alexander held mining engineer position at the Central Geological Expedition Federal State Unitary Enterprise of the Ministry of Natural Resources.

From 2002 to 2006, he was the Chief Technologist in Neryungri-metallic LLC. He was involved in start-up of the factory of heap leaching production on the Tabornoye deposit in Yakutia.

From 2006 to 2009 Alexander worked as the Chief Technologist of TPA Arlan CJSC. The main activities were the construction and start-up of the heap leach mine section of Rudnik Aprelkovo LLC and the participation in the Mill project of the Pavlik deposit.

From 2009 to 2011 he was Deputy General Director for Production Development of «Gold Kuryi» LLC. He took part in the construction and start-up of the heap leach mine section of on Novofirsovskoye deposit.

In 2011 Alexander Dmitrievich joined Auriant Mining as a Production Director. The most significant events are the construction and start-up of the heap leach mine section in Tardan deposit and CIL construction.
