Aleksey Kharitonstev is a graduate of Lomonosov Moscow State University. He holds an EMBA Certificate from the Skolkovo Moscow School of Management, and an LL.M. from Columbia Law School (NY). Aleksey has over 12-years of experience in management and consulting in investment companies and vast experience in the implementation of cross-border investment projects, including business restructuring and M&A for major assets in Russia, Ukraine, the United States and the European Union. Posts held include Legal and Corporate Development Director at RT-Invest (Rostec) and senior legal positions in Trustcom, Iterpipe and Coalco AG.
