Extensive experience in tax support during the whole transaction lifecycle and across all elements of clients’ capital agenda, including: Tax due diligence, tax structuring, analysis of the tax assumptions in the financial model, analysis of the tax provisions of the transaction legal documentation; Andrei graduated from the Plekhanov Russian Academy of Economics, specialisation in Tax” (with honour). Andrei is a student of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants (ACCA) and candidate for membership in CFA Institute. Andrei is a member of International Fiscal Association.
