In 2010 graduated with honours from the Moscow State Law Academy named after O. E. Kutafin. In 2013 defended thesis on "The legal mechanisms of subsoil use" for which he was awarded the degree of Candidate of Legal Sciences. Since 2009 he joined "Rosgeolekspertiza" where he has been holding various positions. Author of several articles on legal regulation of subsoil relationships.
