Ivan has more than 5 years of experience in innovation development and business improvement in Nordgold. Currently Ivan is responsible for development of innovation and digitalization programs across all Nordgold mines. Previously Ivan has been leading business improvement project offices at several Nordgold operations in Russia and West Africa, where he realized number of programs focused on operational transformation, cost reduction, and productivity improvement.
