Since 2018 - Head of the Department for Geological Exploration Technologies, JSC Polymetal. 2015 - 2018 - Project Manager of the Investment Department, Polymetal JSC. Among other duties, she was in charge of the development of new projects in Armenia.

2011 – 2014 - Development Director, RJC Group LLC. She was responsible for the business expansion and searching for the new areas of business. 2008 to 2011 - Executive Director of RJC Consulting LLC. 2007-2008 – Project Coordinator in Micromine Russia LLC.

2001-2003 - Geologist In JSC Karelsky Okatysh (Severstal). Mrs. Golovina has a PhD in Geology. She graduated from the St. Petersburg State Mining Institute, majoring in Mineralogy, Geochemistry, Petrography and from the Graduate School of Management (GSOM) of St. Petersburg State University with a degree in Business Administration (MBA). She is an active member of the Russian Mineralogical Society, an expert of the Russian Subsoil Use Society (No. 1099, OERN).
