Simulation modelling technologies for underground mining planning at Nornickel
A mining calendar is complex plan linking various technological chains. To understand how executable it is and to check whether resources are allocated correctly, a system of simulation modelling of mining has been developed and implemented. To date, such a project is the only one in Russia and the CIS.
The presentation will illustrate the background of the project, the creation of the system, the implementation of the project, its place in the program for improving the operational efficiency of the Technological Impact production and the results of implementation.
